Can't think of a name for it but it's the type of "flyer" usually young, that regularly shows up to the field and spends 30 minutes readying their shiny new plane only to watch everyone else fly. They then pack up and go home. I think we all know the type. Inexperienced and freshly off a trainer and against all advice advanced to a plane way out of their skill range. You can't help but hide in your car when they actually do put a plane in the air - usually a foamie.

In the off-road world we called them "pavement pounders." All show and no go!

Typically a warbird manufacturers first attempt at ARF'ing a 3D plane but keeping the high wingload qualities of the warbird. Characteristics include the "Insta-Snap" feature.... implemented on landing approaches and precedes any basic 3D maneuver.....

a minute mistake

Ni-MH Short for Nickel Metal Hydride batteries. These rechargeable batteries have a slightly greater capacity to weight ration that Ni-Cd batteries. Used mainly for transmitter and receiver battery packs.

find a minute mistake, here "that" should be "than".

"Whiteout" - when hovering with smoke on and your airplane almost, or fully, disappears behind the smoke.

I'm surprised these aren't on the list. Come on, we've all done them:

Perp Walk or Walk of Shame - Walk back to the pits carrying what remains of your plane after a dirt nap.
