Another 104"/DA120 maiden today. Awesome combo to say the least.

And for those wondering about the MKS767 servos. They seem to work great with no fade anywhere and center perfectly. I'll use them again.

157's would be sweet I'm sure, but I picked up the MKS's for 85 a pop. They seem ok so far.

Any idiot can pick a good bottle of wine for $160, the talent is finding a good $10 bottle. Same with servos, I think. I got so burnt out with the Hitec 7950, then dual 7955's, and had I just not been so cheap and dropped the $160 on the BLS-157 in the first place, I would have spent less. I hope the MKS and Savox work out, because the -157 is great, but huge money.

Was there supposed to be a bolt with the included spinner. If not what size and length is it?

Well I had a chance to fly my buddies 104" Slick for a full flight yesterday on the DA-120. Awesome stuff!!! I can't believe how comfortable it is to fly that plane. I turned to him at less than 3 mins in and said I already felt more comfortable with this plane than I did with my 30% Edge I've been flying for 2 seasons that I had out yesterday!!! It's crazy. I even hovered it for a bit and it's very stable. I can't believe the aileron authority. That DA-120 puts out some serious juice too, I couldn't believe the power. It felt like flying a big electric plane. That said, the plane doesn't track quite as precisely as some others do I think, but it's also flying his radio, expo, throws, 3D stabs, and setup and not my own. I noticed the plane really bleeds off energy very easily in the air as many others have reported, which makes it fun to huck and easy/comfortable to fly, but also requires you to stay on the throttle a lot after a high energy manouver to keep momentum moving, especially if your bury it too deep in a snap for example. Just the nature of this 3D beast w/ huge surfaces and design. Again, radio/setup makes a big difference here as well. I can't believe how straight it tracks knife edge though, and how stable it felt. A 3D machine in the right hands I'm sure!

Overall very impressed with her! Thanks again Tim!

Travis
