I recently purchased an EQ10 from Bob because of his support of the SW imac events. It was very easy to set up all servos.

Update:
I've now been to 3 IMAC contest in the SE Region and the support that Smart-Fly has shown at ALL 3 contests has been awesome. Not only has each contest had gift certificates handed out, but also quite a few regulators. Thank you Mr. Ritchey for the support! Here's a few pictures from the Mocksville Fall Classic.

I have used Smart fly products in all my Big Birds nearly since the day the company was started. Just recently got a 3w yak and have smartfly in it as well and have never had a problem or incident with the gear. Superior gear, great people.

Being an IMAC competitor (well "competitor" could be a stretch) I try to patronize the vendors that support IMAC. That definitely includes Smart-Fly. They have supported every contest I have competed in.

I'd also like to give cudos to Mr. Ritchey. After a lot of research on this board, I decided to go with the SmartFly Power System Sport Plus & optical engine cut-off.
Seeing all of the SmartFly systems setups in pictures does not compare to having the unit in hand! The design technology, attention to detail, user friendly application, excellent instructions, unrivaled customer service, and manufacturing excellence are obvious and well appreciated!
