This is gonna absolutely change the way we look at giant scale aviation guys! Be a part of it!!!!!!!!!!

That cowl looks great. Do you lay the fiberglass in one piece over the mold? What is the process.

That is going to be the master, the glass will go on in the pieces per layer and there will be three layers laminated with epoxy resin, then bondo work, high build prime work, and lots of block sanding. After that, it gets wax, PVA, face coat, and a twelve ply female tool will be made with high temp epoxy resin, and tooling cloth for the purpose of production cowlings.
