If you clean them often it only takes a couple of minutes instead of hours if done once a year! I don't have the patience for fixing/rebuilding...they make good kindling.

I thought for sure I was going to incinerate what was left of the carnage....

well good news and bad....we'll start with the good.

got a few flights in today I have to give randy a big thanks for landing my plane for me.

now for the bad lost a plane today i got over confident in my flying ability let 'the show" get the better of me lost altitude and drop it hard into ground... it is fixable and if all goes well have it ready by huckfest. post pics later.

Sounds like you did get in some good flying to begin with, which is great....

but, sorry to hear that you had a boo-boo..... that always sux!....

posting their boo-boo fixes too, and it seems to be a great hit...
It is so excellent to have a plane come back from the dead...


I finally accomplished my repairs.... just waiting on the rear crankcase half to
arrive, and then I think I'm back in business again....
