ButcherFest 2008 Dates?

Big Jerry & I are ready to roll for the ButcherFest 2008. Possible dates to consider are:

May 31/June 1
July 12-13
June 28-29

The first two dates seem to work best, But I think the July date is a bit close to when the NATS are traditionally held. Just trying to secure a date now. Any comments/input appreciated.

Thanks,

Pete

I have graduation May 31. But I dont know if I could make this event or not if it was on another date. It look like it was a lot of fun last year.

Pete, As just a reminder... MC Youth Masters @ Triple Tree will probably be held the last week of June. Just food for thought. Hope all are well.

Same weekend would work for me but I'll be there when ever it is.

Guys, we're shooting for May 31/June 1. Submitted it to Don; hopefully it will be on the IMAC site soon. Hope to see you all there.

Cool and count on me and once I let Vinny know I'm sure he'll come as well

How about the IMAC judging school, is that gonna go down as well this year?

Bill - Glad you and Vinny are coming. Will you be flying Unlimited with him by then? I guess he's already gone from Basic to Intermediate; he should be in Unlimited by the spring.

I'm pretty sure Ty is planning on the Frozen Toes Boot camp at Big Jerry's airport in the spring (late winter?). We were flying with him, Kent & Jamie last weekend and he was helping work out some issues with my SupX.

Great bunch of guys there; can't wait for the whole crew to show up for ButcherFest II.

Vinny in Unlimited, that's a very real possibility. You should see him with the new C-Arf 260 he has. He did a great job on it.

Me in Unlimited, not a chance.

Actually, Vinny and I have been working through the 07 intermediate stuff just for fun. He has no problem at all with it as you would expect but the only real problem for me is the roller, I just cannot seem to get the timing right .

I did mention the 08 stuff at Big Jerry's to Vinny and he's gonna try to make it but with baby being about 6 months old by then, he may not be able to. He wants to stay close to home and do mainly NE contests (you know how he is when it comes to Annabel and the baby) but what I need to remind him is Big Jerry's is about the same distance as most of the NE stuff he can attend.

In any case, I'm in for both the Frozen Toes and the contest

Bubba, perhaps you can teach us the art of floppy hammers??? Just kidding, I am sure that is a thing of the past. Ty, can't wait for you to teach some school!
