Just got home after the long drive from the Judging Seminar (5.1 miles). This was a very informative session with a great turnout and lots of interactive discussions. Thanks Keith for the great job...not to mention the hours of driving just to get here! Not a bad venue either.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Darin for organizing the class and especially to Kieth for his tireless efforts in educating all of us. It was really nice to see so many new faces and old friends today.

Northwest IMAC Judging School

Northwest IMAC Judging School.

I felt the class presentation was organized and professional.
The IMAC Rule Book was covered from front to back.

Absorbing all of the presentation was not possible for me but
my questions were answered thoroughly and in detail. I felt
I learned many rules, flying technics, and things to look for not only
when watching others fly, but also to incorporate into my own fling practice.

The personal comments of the upper class and more experienced members
added perspective and some history to many of the important subjects.
When someone is trying hard to learn, the sharing of experiences by the
upper class members is very valuable. Thank you.

Keith, you did a great job. I was glad I made the trip.
I will be a better judge than I was last year without question.
Thank you

Darin thanks for organizing the class location it was perfect.

I know I learned something because even as I write this note I’m flying
perfect snap rolls and stall spin turns in the back of my head.

For those that were not able to attend you should feel jealous because
you missed all the ” Secret Tips”
Paul.

For those of you coming to the Polar Bear, I would ask that you don't drive on the grass to park off the edge of the runway. Please pass this along to those that don't read this forum. This could possibly change, my concern is making ruts since it has been "damp" the last few weeks.

I might try to make this one as well. The one in Portland was great, but it was a lot of information to absorb. Twin Falls is a lot closer as well.

Does anybody need a spare leg for their 10'X10' pop up canopy? My old one was destroyed in the last wind storm so I got out the angle grinder and cut it up but I left the 3 good legs intact. If you need one.....it's yours....I'll throw it in the trailer for Polar Bear.....or the next contest........

I had a run-in with my canopy last year at Wenatchee, Harv was laughing his butt off.

Looking to go advanced this year....I'm sure I will get my ass handed to me, but if I'm going to hang out in one class for a few years I'd rather it be avdanced.
So it looks like your off the hook this year fellas...that is of coarse unless you want to step up....
