Futaba servos
Do any of you guys know what futaba servo would be the equivalent of a GWS Pico servo? I'm going to use them in a Radical RC Verti-Go.

Best bet would be the Futaba 3110. A hair wider, 1 gram heavier, but much faster, and better torque. Great little servo, but don't put it in something too big for it, as it will strip if abused in an airframe too big for it (your Vertigo does not fit that descrip IMO)
