Totally agree, and that big ole Blue Ford Oval makes it all the better. Heck putting the Ford name on there had to give it some extra horsepower.

I would like to again thank Brent, Dave, Jeremy and Henry for all the help on Eleanor. St. George was a dream come true for me. To have some very talented pilots fly her, put a big smile on my face. It has met all of my expectaions in how she fly's. So in the end, Yes sleepy c the "joe style" modifications where a good thing, LOL The Remote Possibilties Club in St. George Utah put on a great Fly-in. Their hospitality was very refreshing! It was great to hang out with old friends and meet some awesome new ones. All of these pictures where provided by Glen Fee. Thank you Glen for these fantastic shots! I will be back to St. George next year. Once the weather warms up we will get some great new video shot and on here. Come on spring..........

hello ,

i just want to note that your airplane is a true piece of craftmanship and the wooden cowl and the collorsceme are two things that i mostly liked to see in the thread .
these days it`s al ARF and the younger crowd has`nt got the skills or motivation to sniff some old fashioned balsa dust .
i`m a contractor and because of the financial gloryhole were in now i don`t have any time left to start a new project
my hart pounds at the site of a beautiful airframe ( like yours ) that is not yet covered , and i would like to start my owm new project soon.
i`m scaling CAD plans for a 150cc pitts python that i already buildt in the past for a 50 cc engine and i hope to start the build somewhere soon .
i wish you many hours of flying with your new bird and it is for sure a bird that stands out on any field .
cheers !

Eleanor has been great to fly this spring but i am itching to get back to some sawdust. Brent and I met Kirby Chambliss, pilot for Red Bull, at the Hill Airforce base airshow this past month. After looking at his plane up close I have decided to build a 52% Edge 540 based on his new plane.

Great news....we have found a house and I will be in a new shop soon! Excited to get back to work on the plane. Here is a video of Elenor flying after we changed the servo's to hitech 7990's. Wow what a difference. http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=bfWTmTT3toY

The previous serov's I had was 7950's. They did excellent on iMac but I needed just a little bit more for hard 3d.

You have not seen the last of me in Idaho. See you sometime this summer.
