I just see mixed reviews on the JTEC but can't seem to find anyone that is using the Bisson.

On my DA35, I ran my plug wire back, right between the two exhaust stacks on a j-tech pitts. I then anchored it with a zip tie so it doesn't rub against them. Is this OK?

I would suggest mounting your plug wire this way.

I ran mine between as I have with 50's and 60's. I just put a HD length of silicone tubing over the plug wire where it passes between the two pipes. No problems after a couple of years.
