First as the rumbling began I thought a big semi was going by but as the intensity increased I began to enter panic mode. I was envisioning a nuclear shock wave rolling up as I was about to be incinerated !!! Then as the entire house began to sway dramatically side to side and sort of up and down I knew then it was an EARTHQUAKE! Which oddly was relief ! lol
My house was moving side to side so bad I could see the walls going out of plum .The rumbling sound of the ground was very loud like rolling thunder. All the dishes in the cabinets where rattling and clanging.Windows where rattling the house was squeaking and popping Ran out side and the telephone poles where swaying ... water in the pool was swaying side to side like deep ocean water. The neighbors seen the VA Hospital building swaying really good .

Its something I will never forget.
