I use these for the vent and add an o ring on the inside. Haven't had any luck finding plastic ones.

Tettra TET4216
90° Fuel Outlet w/Flange
3/32"
$10.49
Add an outlet fast with the TET4216

Tettra's 90° vent fitting with flange on one end makes it easy to add an outlet to the tank or wherever you need it. Simply drill the opening and insert the #TET4216 from the inside, tighten the nut, attach medium sized fuel line and you're ready to go.

Sure thing. They work great. You can also get tee fittings if you use them as well.
While Im in my bookmarks, Might as well list these as well. I use a lot of this of air valves etc.
But it can be used for the fuel lines and vents.

The nylon holds up to the fuel. I just use a little seal all on the back side of the fitting. If the hole is perfect, It will still seal around it. The seal all also prevents it from vibration.

This one above. I just made sure that the hole was perfect, used a little seal all on the nut so it wont
vibrate loose. I would say you could also double nut it as well.

For small tanks (20-50cc) you could use 3/32" fittings, 1/8" fittings are for larger and general use. They're good fittings. direct off their site you need to get 10 at a time, but they also sell through amazon, and interestingly they sell them in packs of 5...

...one nut is fine, seal all will help keep things secure and is darn cheap, as are neoprene washers.

I normally use the fortitude tanks... but needed an 11oz tank, and used those fittings. I also put the clunk line on the neck of the bottle to avoid the split-cap issue some have mentioned... I used Hayes neoprene fuel line, it remains flexible and doesn't harden, so the clunk gets to where it needs to get to.
