Friday 30% few showers
Saturday 20% few clouds
Sunday 40% few showers

doesn't look too bad. we flew all day today with 2 quick when it was at 60% today. But the forecast changes from day to day. I'd say we wont know for sure till Weds or Thrus at the earliest.

Guys who will be at the fun fly this weekend,

Anyone by chance going to have a TV with access to the NBC network and/or a wifi hotspot? Of course the Belmont horse race (last of the triple crown) is Saturday evening and with the potential for a triple crown this year I WILL NOT be missing the race. Trying to find a better option than driving to North Adams to watch the race at the hotel with my parents. Any info, thoughts or ideas are appreciated!

We're 7 days away, last I saw this morning it looks to be a awesome forcast. 70 degs and at the most 8 mph winds with a 10% chance of rain. Seems good to me. Hope you're not watching ch 6 or 9 they couldn't forcast if they were looking out the window.

Got 1.5 flights on my new 330sc before the covering on the bottom flew off. I may not fly it at the event. It's only has 2.5 flights and bearly trimmed. Plus I don't have alot of time this week with the event getting closer to trim it good and get good enoughf to throw it around. If I get it flying by then I may just do some basic stuff with it

If you take time out of your busy life to learn about such nonsense as ancient aliens, Mayan calendars, zombie apocalypse, deadly planetary alignments and horoscopes, you can give 10 whole seconds to view actual science. Previous transits allowed scientist to calculate the size of the sun, the distance of Earth from the sun, and other measurements. Transits are still used to further scientific research. On Tuesday, around 6:30, most of you have access to a welders mask, use it to just look at this phenomenon. The effort it took 17th century man, with no computers, calculators, sophisticated optics, not even a welders mask, to use his observance of this event, and his mind, to learn so much, is incredible.
Good Info Jason, I'll try to take a picture through my welding mask.
