funny , im the only one someone says anything to about saying things , like...***.... dont single anyone out. thats rude and disrespectful. i see 3 other people that have said something (someone thats new and is interested in INFORMATION regarding the event), but , im the ONLY one someone says something back too. quite disappointing.

And dont go thinking i don't understand shooting the **** with friends , and makin new ones,,but as of right now , our event is 2 weeks away, this thread should PRETAIN to the event at this point , not random BS chat about other events or what you did 2 weeks ago.

I hope you ladies are hungry! Just closed the deal on the meat. I am now in possesion of 85lb of USDA choice sirlion. I ended up getting it in cryopacs instead of fully preped. We will need another volunteer for the steak team. If you have experience in prep that wouldbe awesome. You will need to carve uncooked large pieces into grill ready portions, with some trimming. This does take a little bit of skill or it will look like the steaks went through a wood chipper. Sharp knife a must! The sirloin is currntly in 14lb pcks.
