Still looking for a comparison between the Checkmate and the Python...what's BETTER on the Checkmate then the Python? (besides scale looks and scale flight?)

I've heard that the Checkmate was a designated sport flyer while the Python is more capable for 3D...however, I've heard owners of the python say that it doesn't 3D well at all...

The python will 3d better since the checkmate is a much more scale design. Neither will perform modern high energy 3d stuff well. Check the videos on the aeroworks site to see what the python can do.

Man, you would have thought this thread would be full of posts from guys assembling and flying their new Checkmates by now. Wonder what gives?

Does anyone know if the DA-60 would fit in this aurcraft as well as bolt up to the custom J-Tech muffler?
