Ive got the Rolling harrier,but this one is tough going for me, did it a couple times by accident..
I wonder if I can get it by transition from inverted flat spin to knife edge spin ?

Sure thing. With a left rudder, when you add right aileron, you'll go into a flat spin, and if you goose some left aileron, you'll transition into a KE spin. Play around with it a while to get the feel.
