Every now and then they will have a special. When I ordered my first one they had just put out a consumer survey. If you completed the survey, you received a 15% off your next purchase. That added up to a cool $269 discount.

Getting a set of KS-1090 pipes. The 50mm drop headers are shipping today. Still waiting on Graphtech to get the gear here. They said they would ship on 04-18 but I still don't have them.

I hope you are aware that the Suk fits the RE-3's but the 1090's being much larger in dia. that you will have to mod the pipe mounts to take the KS-1090's.

Ruh-roh, Scooby. I did not know that. I better take a trip back through this thread and find someone who used KS-1090 pipes. I'm not one who likes to jerry rig.

Thanks for the heads-up. I was getting a sweet deal on some new KS-1090s.

Got the KS-1090s today for a test fit. The Sukhoi came with two different diameter mounts. The larger ones fit on the thickest part of the tube just right and I have two sets of mounts since I didn't use the set on my first Sukhoi (RIP) so I have two sets of the larger diameter mounts. I haven't tried to mount anything in the plane yet but I think it will all fit just fine. Headers are in the mail and I will need to get some couplers and clamps from DA.

Good to hear it will work out with KS pipes, I did not get the larger set with the Suk----good luck you will like the plane.

Robert, I have some extra clamps and couplers. I think you need 28 X 30 step couplers ?
