Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this is the right subforum or not, but my club is getting together a "club trainer" to hopefully encourage more people into this great hobby. Several members have donated their time and parts to get a Hobbistar 60 trainer going. We have an OS 61 FX that is missing the needle valve components on the back plate and the whole carburetor assembly. If anyone has parts to an 61FX that they don't need we will gladly purchase, or complete engine but must be cost feasable.

That sucks. Wish this would have been up here a couple of days ago, I just sold my 61 FX and it was in good shape. Does Hobbico or OS not sell parts for this motor anymore.

I'll go through my engine parts box and see what I can find.

Yes carb is expensive. I can only get it thru Tower Hobbies and with shipping and taxes and duties to Canada on the new part it is not favorable.

The H*** with parts, dumbthumbz I will send you you the Whole Enchilada. That is what this Hobby is all about!!! Here are a couple photo's PM me an address and it is on the way. I even found the engine Box for it Imagine that LOL !!!! My Hangar is one big mess. Install on the New Club Trainer filler up and getter done. Just Post photo's when finished. That's all I ask. have fun!!
