MODE 1 and MODE 2 on a BUDDY CORD

Is it possible to buddy two JR radios when the PRIMARY RADIO is Mode 2 and the TRAINER is Mode 1?

I do it with my Spektrums all the time so I imagine its the same for JR. I fly mode1 and hook up a mode2 buddy box so my buddys can fly my plane.

yes it is most certainly possible - I just sold off a mode 1 mode 2 buddy system - JR 8103 Tx's with 72mhz & 2.4 modules.

Depends on which model radio. Some won't allow you to do it (not sure off the top of my head exactly which models).

I have buddied different modes on 9303's, 12x's and 347's
