Until that day, I had never seen Skip live. I've seen all his videos. For me, it was better than watching his all out show routine. You could feel the air push you back when he made a few of those passes. You could hear the wing wires squealing plain as day. It was a pretty cool experience. And later while I was giving him grief about crashing into everything in sight with my foamie. Lol! It was a fun day.

Bob Hoover landing the Shrike Commander on one wheel with both engines shut down, right after pulling a deadstick loop. Best pilot ever.

i actually love this F-35 plane. actually i've read that japan would be using this US made aircraft as their mainstray fighter wahahaha.

F -1 11 very few planes come close to what this old girl can do .

Mach 2.5 , range 5500 km + , 19000 kg thrust

Should see the thing on a low pass , WOW

A10 Warthog.

Not pretty, not fast, just it tickles all the right spots.

I used to live near a US airbase in Wiltshire, UK, I often went to go for the odd pic nic in a little carpark on the top of a valley, It was a favorite place for the locally based A10 to used to use that car park ( amongst others) as a practice point for dummy target runs. I always made me happy to have a A10s heading straight for me at low level while having lunch in the sun.

I AGREE!!!,,,

Saw him at a local airshow here in Pittsburgh in the 80's. I was AMAZED what he could do. I think I was 10 or so at the time.

My favorite part of the airshows are the smaller aerobatic stuff.

The smaller aerobatic planes are my favorites too. Nice thing is,you can start heading for the parking lot before the Blue Angels or Thunderbirds go up and actually get to leave the parking lot in less than an hour
