just found this group in my a.m.a. mag. seen giant scale and my heart started racing. been out of the hobby for 25 years and I cant believe the changes that have been made. Built a spacewalker and completely got hooked again.

I was out of the hobby myself for about 10 years, stopped by a local flying field and watched some kid flying a 100cc Yak and was immediately hooked again, could not believe how much the hobby had progressed in that 10 years, been back at it now for about 6 years and am loving every minute!! The biggest thing for me was all the fantastic large scale ARFs that are available now, couldn't build one for what I can by a giant scale ARF for, also 2.4, no more worrying about frequency pins, large gas engines and digital servos, kinda overwhelming at first! This site is addictive and has some great forums for any questions you may have. Welcome Back!
