I went to Cheif and priced RE2's. $200 each. You have to be kidding. Has anyone noticed it is a tube of aluminum? Very near zero technology. Things that cost less than a pair of RE2s,- a plasma tv, a netbook, an xbox, a smartphone, a lease payment on a Lincoln MKZ, a lawnmower, home theater system, a bose wave radio, two years of basic dental care. Including x rays. Things of similar materials and technology, a snow shovel, a lawn chair, a flyswatter, a curtain rod, a pizza pan. Scott, you are very resourcefull and creative. There HAS to be a way to make an equivalent system for less. If you had to pay $200 for a snowshovel I promise you would find a way to make one for much less. A snow shovel is way more complex than a RE2.
