Question
noisiest muffler

Someone knows how to design the noisiest muffler possible to use in a 50cc engine?

Any drawings?

Just look for a 'warbird' muffler.

The loudest muffler would probably be no muffler at all, especially if a small diameter straight pipe were used.

Overall, this seems like a strange request.

Although it is not a muffler (just something to keep the fire from burning up your cowl), a Bennet "muffler" would do quite nicely. They are the loudest POS you can use.

Piss off one person and they tell 10. People don't need any help in finding things to hate so why not find a better way to entertain yourself?

Harold,
There's a place where the noise is encouraged and the neighbors want it louder and lower. Sounds strange but if you want an invite, call me.

Noisiest muffler in an oxymoron... If you are looking for the most noise then you are in need of a header. There are several manufacturers as the 3D modelers use them.

I believe you need to have something, minimum a header. If you do not have anything, the motor will not run well.
