FWIW, I flew the Aeroworks 30cc Ultimate for quite some time and never had a hint of a nose over problem with the factory gear. I can only suspect that it's an issue of the tires being too small for the type/consistency of the grass field being flown off of with it sinking to the wheel pants and nosing over as if full brakes were applied. The plane flew awesome with no bad habits. Sold it a while back to a friend who still enjoys it.

The Graphtech landing gear is one piece... but the model has a 2 piece set up. Did you shim the existing mounting space to make it flat on the fuse and then mounted the gear on top?
