CRRC PRO 45 CUSTOMER SERVICE
HEY would you guys like to hear what i was told by customer service on a motor that i bought. i posted in the thread about crrc motors, but had to start a new one just because you guys had to hear this. and to get your suggestions on how to handle this i need a computor dude to insert a e-mail into the thread. so you all can read it just the way it was sent to me. the options they are giving me. this should give everyone something to think about

I think you should give up this engin buy other one DA,3W,ZDZ...I Taiwan lot people use this engin and less 20% people can use it flying on the sky over 10 flight,Non one had ever use it flight over 30 times....

it was bought from troy built models. i will call gene and see what he says about it. he sells them. i will try and cut and paste. you guys got to read this.its a joke and after me saying jim was nice to deal with

yes he is , but this has nothing to do with him, it has everything to do with the company, and or thier customer service. it should by no way reflect anything on gene or troy built models. neither he or his company can control the manufacture and thier product. nor thier customer service. this is not intended to say anything bad in any way towards troy built models.

now is that customer service or what. wouldnt you like to do business with this company you know the more i think about it, i think i will print the e-mail that jim at crrc sent me and mail it to the A.M.A. just to see what kind of reaction i can get out of it. maby it will be printed just to show other modelers what kind of junk it being sold out here. but more than likely it will just be thrown in the trash with a loud laughing that would only be herd by other people in the office. i have learned my lesson,and hopfully i wont make the same mistake twice. last thing i will say is JIM how do you sleep at night??? you know you at sometime will have to answere to this. happy thanksgiving

its too bad i dont work for DA, and read something like this so i could send someone much like myself a real motor and say sorry about your problem, here try this and see what you think. o.k.i'am back now , but what a thought
