An awesome tool in Phoenix 5 is to go to "Program Setup" and slow the physics down to about 50% and get the stir and timing. Then gradually increase the physics about 10 % at a time till you've got it at 100. Results may vary but has been invaluable to my learning timing without destroying planes!!!!
