secraft radio balancer

i was wanting information about secraft radio balancers.
i was wanting to know if anyone has used these and do they balance jr9503 radios correctly?
some balancers are more for looks. i want a balancer that does what it says correctly.

I have one, functional and good looks. Works on well on my 9503.
