Different Battery Types on a Power Expander
Is it possible to use 2 different battery technologies on a Smart Fly Power Expander Pro ? For example, 1-NIMH battery and 1-LIFE battery both connected to the same Power Expander.

As Judge says, very bad idea. The BatShare compares voltages (only real way to balance batteries, current balancing would involve a LOT of circuitry, power dissipation and impact reliability while not really balancing the batteries). If you use LiFe and NiMH then when the LiFe flatten out they will supply all the current while the NiMH just sit there. LiFe are difficult to voltage balance as it is since they have such a flat discharge curve. Best practice is to use two batteries that have the same chemistry, capacity and are the same age.
