There you go now take it apart and drill the holes. My drill bits were short and fit fine but most standard bits may have to be sacrificed and shortened. I would imagine you could use music wire with a sharpened point as well instead of drills. Last step is to drill the holes in the cowl to match the wood mount and a laser pointer is the best way to do that (I used paper template)

Thanks Muttdog sounds like you might have been a wood or casting pattern maker Good Info!

I am new to this plane. Can you put a 3 blade prop on it? if so, which one would you recommend? I just like the looks of a 3 blade on my planes.

Thanks much!

I'm running a DLE60 twin with a Mejzlik 23x8, and loving it. Gong to try a Falcon 23x8 this weekend. I think you'll have similar results on that motor. But understand I don't 3d hardcore with it. Now I use it as a warm up plane, and to keep my thumbs loose.

DA 60 recommended 3 blade props 22x10, 22x12. Rule of thumb for going two blade to three blade. Down one in diameter, up one in pitch.
