Jason Noll's freestlye is off the hook?? Does that mean he actually got new music after flying the same routine for the last 3 years? Don't get me wrong, his freestyle is good but I just thought it was getting old after a while...

Re: Tucson Reports

This is the first year in the last four that I have not gone to the Shootout to compete.
I know the amount of time, money and effort that each competitor goes through. Its a huge undertaking! Its extremely difficult to maintain focus and fly consistently well over the entire contest and thats why when I heard about something that happened at TIMPA last night I was really pissed. Nobody should have to deal with what I am about to write.

Dave Villwock who is competing in Advanced left his plane at TIMPA (as do lots of people) and when he got there this morning he found his plane had been intentionally damaged.
Some jerkoff got inside his plane and cut just about every wire there was. Pretty much everything electrical needed to be replaced.
There has been a lot of people helping Dave get his plane ready to fly again this morning which is great to see.
Why someone would ever do this is beyond me.
Good luck Dave and I hope you find out who the person / people are who did this to you.

Ken McGuire sent me these photos. Thanks Ken.

WOW!!!! That is truly unbelievable. To think that someone would stoop to such level is beyond me. I hope the vandal(s) is caught as this really was a very unnecessary and sinister/cowerdly act.

Thanks to everyone involved for getting Dave back in the air. You guys/gals ROCK!!!

Someone needs an @ss whuppin... that's just so wrong on every level. I hope Dave Villwock has a great couple of rounds. Is the area secure at night? Maybe it was vandals, I sure hope it wasn't another pilot.

I know who I'm rootin for. Go Dave, get em!

It is hard to believe that any pilot would do such a thing! I hope it was vandals. But, as usual, the flying community jumps in and takes care of its own! Good luck Dave.

Dave,

I am sorry to hear about your aircraft. That is absolutely rediculous that someone would do such a thing. We are all brothers on here and I dont think anyone would do such a thing.

It sounds like vandals but it makes a person wonder if it was only one plane and not any other.
