I am installing a sport plus and I would like to know how the charge ports work on the system. I will be running 2 lipos and I'm wondering if I need to charge from both sides of the system or if I can charge from just one side. My batteries aren't accesible without removing both wings on my Pitts Python so a quick charge between flights would be nice.

As Tony says you will have to charge from both sides. The two batteries are isolated from each other in the Sport Plus by the BatShare that is built in.
