has anyone tried the Aluminum Servo Arm (JR/SPM) by Hangar 9 on 100cc and up size gas plane with 3-D flying? If so whats been your experience with them?

ive only used them on 30-50cc so far and no isssues. i think ud be ok

I have them on my 120cc Pawnee but it doesn't 3D but they have been hanging in there since I got it 3 years or so ago.

I have them on my 35% QQ Yak and they work great.

I have them on my DLE 111 powered H9 QQ Yak and also on my DA 170 powered Aeroworks Ultimate. No issues with either.

If you are referring to the black metal arms- I have them on a 78" electric EF Extra and they have been fine. I had them on the ailerons of my EF 104/DA120 and I experienced no problems- having said that, there was a thread on here a while back where someone experienced some issues with them on a larger plane. I don't know if the failure was a result of an issue with the arms, the installation, or what- or if they have been redesigned since then- it's worth checking to be safe.
