Yea tried 3dubya's flaperon mix, doesn't work too bad!! Tried a vertical landing but ended up falling on to its wheels, then took off again. Good fun.

LOL well done onecan, the flap mix is great hey, makes it all not so random. Is the tail feathers on it set up for VTOL takeoff. The classic leans back so i gotta put top to the wind or it blows over.

Yep the flap mix is all good. No its not quite so random however being a trainer and all they still don't have that much control especially in the rudder department!! Definately pretty sweet though.

Nah the tail feathers are not well suit to VTOL takeoffs at the moment. The rudder sticks back about 10mm behind the elevator so it just wants to fall onto its wheels, kinda the opposite to the classic.

I am gonna do some mods to it and move the stab back 10mm so everything lines up, and give it another go!!

I reckon landing on the tail again would be the business, that would take some skill. There's a wee challenge for ya!!

I am gonna get a new motor for mine, I am running a GMS 47 at the moment. It has enough power but is too damn unreliable, it quit today when I was hovering luckily it was low enough and did no damage. OS 50sx the go you reckon??

Yer man the OS50sx has heaps on the fun fly prop. Stacks more than the OS46ax on same prop. Replaceable ring so easy fix if cooked.

LOL landing on the tail, impossible I can handle but miracles are still outta my league. Don't worrie I tried it, but its a prop breaker. Dam thing falls over backward every time.

Took alot of money for nothin to get Dire Straits to rewrite it..
