I would leave the country. Then take what was left and buy a modest house, and a full scale aircraft or two to enjoy. The rest would go into savings / investments to make sure I could afford that life until I die.

Buy a real L-39 and learn to fly it . Then tour the country and help clubs with funding to upgrade or just find land for those who lost theres .
