Find a muffler for an OS and put on it. I put one off of a long dead fx91 on my evolution 15cc gasser. No problems since. The os muffler is built much better..the center bolt is a couple sizes bigger and will hold much better with the os muffler. Maybe you could dig up an os bolt and drill out the cheapie evolution muffler and use a stop nut or double nut it.
