My printer is repaired and I am shipping them again for the EF 91 and 104, and soon for the AJ Lasers. They are made from high temp ABS and are available in red, white , blue, black, and grey.
Please me at gshoffman@comcast.net. |

I have people ask for PAU's and the 3HDS planes. Id be happy to make them as well but I need a cowl for each plane to make the Solidworks model. Tell you what, if you send me a cowl, even a damaged one, I'll make a set for free for your effort.

How long do you think it would take to for turn around. I send you cowl, make baffle and to send back once you receive cowl. Would you mind posting a picture of on of your baffles please. |

What is the cost of these baffles? Can they be Black? What do they weigh? |

I'll weigh them tonight, but if I remember correctly, I think the short one is about 15 grams, the long about 20 grams. They retail for $25/set (with shipping) but of course, there would be a quantity discount for an airframe company. They can be any color you wish, black included.

Stratasys machine huh?
I finished mine using our Objet machine but I used my 3D print to layup carbon fiber over. Worked out nice. |
