I don't know if the plane will do KE spin because I cant do one for the life of me!

Doesn't the Vision Aire have the AR635 AS3X stabilizer Rx in it?

I had heard from guys who are very accomplished @ 3D sing praises of the plane but do say it 'fights' them a little in certain maneuvers? Maybe the KE spin is one of the troublesome ones?

I have flown the Crack Yak and owned quite a few E-flite, and Electrifly profile foamies and they are awesome 'test beds' for exploring more complex maneuvers at low risk but they are so light that they don't carry enough mass for some maneuvers and 'learning' kinda goes out the window when the wind comes up. Great fun tho'. I've been to a few indoor events and that's where they really shine...................

Yes, it has the gyro receiver. You can see the ailerons fidgeting when you are doing low knife edge passes in the wind. I suppose it would fight you a little.

The EF 48" MXS is my beater plane to try new stuff with. It get abused and smacked up so that the big Edge doesn't have to.

lol, I have to laugh at myself.......................I made a comment a post or two back that sometimes I feel I'm torturing my airframe fat thumbing my way around some of these maneuvers, then I watch an acquaintance of mine fly the exact airframe I have like this vvvvvvvv on a regular basis. Nope, I have nothing to worry about!
