All kidding aside, that's an awesome paint job!
I can't believe how fast you got it done.It seems like that's some fast drying paint, because you layed layers of paint in a few hours?

Thanks.

I have a little off topic experience based advice I need to share.
This winter I saw an old Mercury small outboard motor for sale on the side of the road. I asked if it ran, year, blah, blah. I was told it was from the 90's, runs great, blah blah. So I buy it.
Abridged version, this is a 1971 Mercury "straight from Hell, Satan special. Brimstone edition"
It burps and farts, but doesnt run. I have replaced clearly bad parts, cleaned and fussed. Waited 7-10 days for every part. I have pulled and pulled on this damn pull starter while this motor would toot and poot or run for 2 seconds while I collapsed in the driveway, gasping.
Do not, ever, EVER, buy an old outboard motor off the side of the road without first demanding a demonstration of runability. If its winter, say "I'll stop by in the Spring if it's still here"

Sounds like I have a new job, fellers.......... So, for sure, no GM3D Fest for me this year. I just talked with a friend that works currently, where I have applied, and he said , "Indirectly, WELCOME!!!!" That brought out a huge smile on my face, after being forced back into my old job today. So, looks like I have the last laugh, as of right now.

So, good luck with the event, and I will see you all there next year!! Hope to have a 3rd airplane next year. Scotty, I'll be calling you this week for more paint work, bruthah!!!!
