had the extreme flight great plane liked it , sold it to a mate that lost his 3.1 compy and need a plane quick . He flys it with a 150 da on pipes and it gets along very smart. it is a big plane beside the 3.1 super extra .

Guys, I appreciate the kind words.

I'm not sponsored by horizon, but as far as the wings go, they have carbon fiber on the upper and lower wing spars. The plane is very straight and flies solid. I have owned cardens, aeroworks, 3w's...and this H9 is no slouch...if it was, I wouldn't be flying the plane right now. I'm a stickler on covering jobs and I am very impressed and pleased with this one....with everything, fit, finish, flying. As for the hardware, all H9 stuff, didn't replace anything but main wheels and tail wheel.

Who would have thought, right?! Hanger 9 has definelty stepped up with this one!

I know that Aeroworks are known for great hardware included in the ARF and from what I can see the H9 Suk is much the same.

As you may tell I am on a tight budget (who isn't these days) otherwise I would be buying another CARF 260 or 330SC.
If hardware is a big concern, the PAU Extra is a solid choice. Herve puts VERY good stuff in his kits, and goes for a completeness to eliminate trips to the hobby shop if possible. From a purely "included hardware" standpoint, you can't beat the PAU kits.

The PAU Extra also happens to be one of the nicest looking Extras around.

I was looking at importing PAU kits into australia however i changed my mind freight was double the price of the kit eg 50cc model had a freight cost of $620 au each and noone is going to pay over $1000 for a 50cc wood airframe. I don't have the room or cash to outlay for a whole container load of airframes.

This is on pipes. Lets put it this way I use to have this setup in the AW Yak 150cc plane and that plane was a heavier plane that my current IMAC plane and it pulled it around just fine in Intermediate class. From what I have seen the Greves have been the best choice for the DA-150 for max power. I am even running it on a 3 blade at that!

btw saw a Comp Arf 260 break apart this past weekend at an IMAC contest. Worst part he was done with his sequence and was just turning base to final for landing when it broke.
