For those who can never get to much servo torque

Okay here's something for all those who can never get to much torque in a servo:

a transit time of 0.9 seconds/60 degrees (on 7.4VDC)!

This may be the new rudder servo!
I mean 3 x $199 for the big HV servos = the same price!

Their 2000oz" servo is only $329 so if you're ganging up more than 2 servos for a rudder, this seems to be the way to go. The only real question I have about them is what is the current draw at rated power?

all that power thru that little tiny servo connector....

.9 sec is SLOW SPEED compared to more typical .13 sec/60 deg

Nice catch... I read that as .09 when it really is .90. I don't like servos slower than .15 so this one is slowwwwwwww.

FYI: That unit is powered with two HS7980's with a gear or belt reduction to get the added torque. Yea... 0.9sec, not .09 so it is slooooowwww!!!!

More like winch then a servo.
Needs to be faster to be practical.
