Sebart on gas?

I've got an older sebart sukhoi 50 that was flying on a saito .91. Upon returning to flying the saito is locked up and I'm flying exclusively gas and electric now. I was wondering what kind of performance you guys thought I would get out of this plane with a DLE 20?
I know it's made for being electric but I don't have any electric motors, speed controllers or batteries that size.

the plane can handle the power but the dle 20 will be tons of power and u need to keep the speeds down so it dont flutter apart. we have dle 20 on a few planes that size here and they really rip. just maybe box the firewall with some extra wood and go over all glue joints. u should be ok

Robart hinges are probably needed. I've done a few planes and the CA hinges always seem to break after some time with a gas engine. (not sure what style of hinges your plane has though.)
