The prop bolts were only an issue once, and I think I drilled the holes a bit off. But I think the key shearing is just as you said, not getting the hub fully seated. I will try again. But just how tight does it need to be?

OK, so remember I was new to gas motors last year, and I guess I am still learning. I removed the sheared key, and called around town until I found the correct size key. Gee, it dropped right in and the hub fits snug without binding at all. Prop back on, fired it up and wouldn't ya know it runs just like new. Thanks for all the help and support.

Hi bhughes,

Just wanted to inform you that you do not need to resize the bearing. I suggest you to tighten up the prop center bolt. I guess you have been flying it for a while and since then haven't tighten it up. Also, you can use some threadlocker. If it still doesn't solve the problem then let me know.

Here's a new video from our Spanish distributor who is using our 62cc engine.

Yes, you will not find them there as yet. We have just finished our agreements with KCS and you will see theme in the next 30 days or so. If you are in need on one please let me know.

Sorry, the deal was done and they were going to ship engines and parts to us but never did? After sending many e-mails without reply's I finally gave up. I have no clue what happened.
