For a limited time the Flying Giant members can get 2 free fuel fittings and sealing washers to build their own lightweight tank.

Just mention "Flying Giants Special": when checking out on Ebay and I'll include 2 high quality metal fittings and sealing washers at not extra cost.

Thanks for all your support so far.
You gave me this same deal a few months back. The setup is working awesome. I love that stopper you designed. Dual o-ring. Can't see it ever leaking. Oh thanks for the spare o-rings too!

Cool, been meaning to use that Fiji bottle I've been saving :-) Just ordered the stopper with the Flying Giants Special offer for the two extra metal fittings. BTW, do those fittings come with O-rings on the inside to seal?

They come with nylon washers that you put on the inside. Seals perfectly.

PS: They kind of look like they are on the outside of the bottle in this pic because I installed the fittings in a part of the bottle that bubbles out. They are on the inside. This is a nice setup. A good way to drill the holes is with the bit spinning backwards or use an old soldering iron.

Thank you for taking me up on the offer! Once you try it I think you will really enjoy the Fiji water bottle tank. Light weight and very reliable.

The fuel fittings use only the very strong nylon washers as the seal... Provides a nice tight seal without any "goop". You won't have to worry about the "goop" deteriorating or the fitting getting loose because of the goop dissolved into you fuel.

The o-rings are on the fuel stopper. By nature of the design of the stopper the o-rings are held "captive" and can't move out of place. You'll see for yourself soon enough...

Many people that bought their first stopper soon got one or more after they see how reliable they are and do not need any sealing "goop" and no longer have to worry about a thin plastic cap cracking.

Thanks again, I hope you enjoy the stopper.

Thanks Joe... I figured everyone should have some backup o-rings if every they should need them. Also thanks for posting the pictures showing how you built your tank. I really like my Fiji tanks...

I don't like worrying about fuel tanks failing...more than once I traveled to an event only to have a tank failure...NO MORE!!! I said... The Fiji tanks are now the ticket for me...Never one single issue for years now...

When I started used the Fiji bottles for tanks, my wife asked me if I had some fancy girlfriend that was into that water. On the other hand, my flying buddies asked why I was drinking water out of a fuel tank? With Viton on the inside, it is a very reliable and durable setup.

Good point Gregg. Whoever is using these make sure to use Viton inside the tank. Makes it virtually maintenance free for years.

Part number:
5119K41

I like to put a length of brass tubing in the middle of the clunk line to keep it from folding forward. I also use a Walbro felt clunk.

I got to thinking about your question and it occurred to me you may be wanting to know about the aluminum stopper instead of the fuel fittings... If so, the I.D. Of the stopper is 7/64". That is a greater I.D. than the 1/8" brass tubing we all use which is 3/32" I.D.

The aluminum stopper is designed to be the least restrictive as possible for the fuel line and tubing we often use. I hope that helps.

FWIW... The last three Flying Giants friends that bought my stopper wanting the "Flying Giants Friends Special" had difficulty attaching a note at the Ebay check out. Not sure if Ebay disabled the feature or what...

Anyway, if you want the special offer you can either try PMing me (unfortunately my PM box gets full sometimes) or just simply mention it here and I'll see that you get the free fittings with your order of my Aluminum fuel stopper.
