Balancing a 3 blade prop 28.5x12

So I got balancing a 2 blade down pretty well but the 3 blade different story..... Anyone out there have a tips or tricks??????

Velcro on the center hub, a s,all strip about 1cm wide and 4cm long if the strip dosn't get it right drip CA on it until the weight is right.
OR
Use clearcoat spray paint that is high quality (You can get it at most hardware or paint stores in the can) and lightly paint the back of the light blades, the blades will drop to the bottom as heavy but if you give them a few minutes to dry they will end up light again and they will need a dash more to get perfect.

I have used both and I prefer the spraying of clear but have used both.
