Hows anyone else had any dramas with these recivers? I had a glitch on saturday where it held left aileron and almost lost my 35% extra. Two other guys have had the same problem with this recievr in our club.

The only time I have had that happen is when a connector was not seated fully. The surface went to full deflection. Fully seated the connector and all was good. What is your set up?

Think it could be a PowerBox issue?

I am running a RG831 also, and I have to agree with Ryan that is likely a powerbox issue. Also why are you running a powerbox with the RG831?

I would suspect that he is using the RG831B receiver and not the BP power buss receiver. Thus with a 35%er additional power to the servos are in the best interest of the plane. With the surface going to full deflection and only one doing so I still suspect a wiring concern to the servo or a possible solder joint issue. However it may be difficult to isolate the receiver from the power box. But the power box would be first on my list.

when i got to the plane the surfaces were jittering all over the place. Also when i got home i plugged the other wing side into the two servos leads on the full deflection side and those servos did the same and my ruuder started jittering as well
