If it's an airplane I like it! I love 3d and precision aerobatics..
BUT my heart also belongs to my warbirds and jet's... Love that idea here! I don't get into the competition side of it or that fanatical about detail. but I love making a warbird look like a real one in the air Here are some of my scale planes Graupner hotspot AMT180 (not really scale) BUSA 1/3 scale fokker DVII and 1/4 scale DVII (love them) KMP BF109 E 80" FOAMY electric p40 EPO foam 12 lbs on 6s.. It's a blast 80" FOAMY B25 These 2 are the lightest warbirds I have ever flown! |

Umm....
Doesn't look like Mark wants to answer you, possibly because the included gear setup on that Mustang (which is a Chinese copy of the Robarts) is the subject of some controversy. Yes that's one of the rear gear doors hanging open and it's one of the issues. I replaced the AW included gear with Sierra's on mine and it's not been flown yet, but I fought that stupid tailwheel door issue for some time and hope it's fixed. If not, I'll do something else with those doors. Here's mine in the "hangar" with the static prop on it in the first pic; not a scale "bash" but I think it's pretty cool looking for my first Warbird.... |
