Not yet but I would love to go. I used to go in the early years all 3 days. Just loved it.

Maybe if this girl is flying Hubb can put on a demo. June will be here before you know it.

Some links on the Seiko's. Recommended 6.0 - 8.4. I'm probably going to start with 2 cell lipo's. and see if that's enough power.

http://www.troybuiltmodels.com/items/PS050.html and click on seiko installs on this page http://www.troybuiltmodels.com/categ...00/Servos.html

Plus what Roger said about how his run.

Karl,

Thanks for the reply to the balance/weight thing! I use my batteries to bring into balance as well... seems you have it figured out. That motor is heavy...hope it give you what you need! No wonder you are putting the weight that far aft!

Cheers,

Larry

Project Tie the Elevator Halves together.

Just some screws and it's done. 2 hours start to finish. The joint will be fiberglassed together also when we get around to finishing the tail.

Took a photo of my milling vise. Invaluable I tell you.

I definitely think a big screen TV with a computer and Realflight would be a good backdrop... If only somebody could make an exact copy of the plane available... Oh wait SOMEBODY did! LOL

Leg length is directly proportional to the displacement of the "cylinders" up front! LOL
