Can I use that voltage with the Ignition cut off ?
Im running a MVVS 175 and the ignition is working with 3s pack.
Till now I flew with this setup with out even knowing if it match the specs, now Ive noticed that the system max operating voltage is 8.5v.

One of the transistors in the unit has a Gate-Source voltage of 12V. We rate our stuff conservatively so we like margin. Fully charged you are over 12V, 12.6V to be exact. The unit will probably hold up to this as the manufacturers of the transistors also are somewhat conservative. Also, you are probably over-driving the red LED. The life of the unit may be affected a bit but you should be OK for the most part.
