First off, I'd set aside a chunk for my daughter's education.

Next up I'd pay of my Grandmother's farm in Arkansas for her so she and my uncle could live without monetary worry for the rest of her life.

Then I'd buy the farm next to hers..... and build:
-An outdoor flying site capable of hosting 100-200 flying friends....
-An indoor flying site capable of hosting 100 flying buddies. It would also double as a gymnasium/basketball gym so my wife could have fun playing b-ball with my daughter when she's big enough.
-A Workshop that is capable of building anything I'd ever want to build (including full-size airframes) also including a large hangar.
-Several reservoirs as waterfowl rest areas with hunting areas interspersed in between so I can hunt ducks with my dad.
-The house of my wife's dreams. We met in architectural drafting class, so I'd cut her loose on a big custom made drafting table with some velum and graphite and see what she came up with. I'd also want a few extra bedrooms so family and friends could visit whenever.

Finally, I'd invest in a lasercutter with a large cutting table to go in the workshop. I'd spend my time working on projects I wanted to work on. If people wanted them, then cool! If they didn't, then who cares, I'd have $10m!
