Hi all I need some help and advice on a 60 size 3W carby in my brothers P40 all the settings have been screwed up and I need some advice in resetting the needles both low and high speed.When we got the engine the carby was in bits all pulled apart and have not been able to get hold of a carby break down diagram to see where the bits go as the needles are different in shape.Can any one help either with a web page to get a diagram or tell me where the little B's go thanks

Thanks for that I have contacted Ernie about getting a new carby his price is $165.00 but he did sugest soaking all the gaskets in petrol for 24 hours as the motor has been in storage for so long. At the time I didnt think of asking about an exploded view.Also just got a phone call from my brother he found a small engine mechanic who is going to put it all back together and we will go from there.Both the high and low speed needles start at 1 1/2- 2 1/2 turns open but told to set at the lowest first.
